By its geographical situation, Saint-Tite-des-Caps, with an altitude of 500 metres, ends (or begins) the Côte-de-Beaupré region. One must climb up the hills to see it in the valley below. The Laurentians Mountains protect it from all sides, and the municipality stretches between these rocky walls.
Apart from its imposing nature, the main attraction of the municipality is the Outdoor centre Le Domaine des Vents, where many activities are offered. On this site, you can visit a zoo that houses 30 varieties of animals, go horseback riding or ride in a shuttle pulled by two horses, go tube sliding, go camping in the wilderness, rent tepees or trailers and have access to playground and picnic areas as well as to a pool. In summer, taste the excellent mechoui and in spring, enjoy maple taffy on snow!
