The major attraction of the parish is without any doubt the Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré Basilica. Of medieval inspiration, the basilica has 240 stained-glass windows, a remarkable rosace, numerous works of art, and is divided in 5 naves separated by imposing pillars. Next to the basilica, you will find the Saint Anne Museum, which presents the history of the devotion to this saint for centuries. The museum collections hold objects confirming 300 years of history, including the tabernacle of the high altar of the commemorative chapel and its tomb, sculpted in 1827.
On the other side of the basilica is the Cyclorama of Jerusalem, which houses the largest panorama painting in the world. With a height of 14 metres and a circumference of 110 metres, this extraordinary illusion will make you fell as if you were in Jerusalem, and will make you relive the crucifixion. If you are interested in ancient objects, visit the Edison Phonograph Museum, dedicated to the inventions of Mr. Thomas Alva Edison. In this museum, you will find more than 200 phonographs, 3 juke-boxes and a phonograph alarm clock, which is a unique piece in the world.
