Close to Quebec's Coliseum, Roc Gyms is a center dedicated to indoor climbing. Founded in 1993, Roc Gym was the first ever establishment of this type in the whole province of Québec. Roc Gym is now a renovated building specially made for indoor climbing. The 40-foot-high walls of the building offer 75 different courses. These courses have varied levels of difficulty allowing you to be initiated to climbing or to improve your technique. Moreover, the courses are regularly modified in order to offer an all-new experience for each of your visits. And since Roc Gym has always improved its installations throughout the years, the center now includes a boulder room and a room filled with canopy circuits that allow the development of familial, institutional and corporative packages. Roc Gym is therefore the place to be for thrill-seekers who wish to practice climbing in a secure environment.

Indoor Climbing
From september 1st to june 1st: monday to thursday and saturday 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., friday 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
From june 1st to september 1st: monday to thursday 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., friday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., saturday and sunday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Ice-Climbing
Every Saturdays from January to mid-March. Reservation required.
Mountaineering
A week-end per month, from January to mid-March. Reservation required.
Outdoor Rock Climbing
A Saturday out of 2 from may to October. Reservation required.
Canopy Canyon
7 days a week from the end of June to September and week ends only during June, September and October
Starts at 10:30 and 13:30 on reservation only.
Palissades
Open daily, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
