In the Québec region, the Chemin du Roy uses the section of this road comprised between Grondines and Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures to offer you a most interesting cycling path. This road keeps stretching west for 63 kilometres and also meets with the Corridor du littoral. The Chemin du Roy is asphalted and allows you to ride along the St. Lawrence River to cross some villages that were part of the first ones to found the Québec region.
You can also ride along the Piste cyclable Jacques-Cartier/Portneuf and enjoy an excursion along this 68-kilometre path installed on an ancient railroad. All along your journey between Shannon and Rivière-à-Pierre, take the time to discover the numerous lakes, rivers and attractions that dot the large green spaces.
