Parliament Hill

Too Much to See!

The parliament hill obviously owes its name to the magnificent Parliament Building, which houses the National Assembly, but this area of Québec City also offers many other interesting attractions, as well as the Saint-Jean-Baptiste and Montcalm neighbourhoods.

Among other attractions, the Battlefields Park and the Plains of Abraham are worth visiting. Walking, cycling, in-line skating and cross-country skiing are only some of the activities that you can do in the Plains of Abraham. Moreover, several festivals take place in the area during the summer season.

The parliament hill area will also charm you with its lively streets, including Grande-Allée, René-Lévesque Boulevard and Cartier Street, which are all lined with good restaurants, luxurious hotels and nightclubs.

The Original Ghost Lantern Walking Tour

With a guided tour or an interactive theatre, be haunted by the ghosts who are still hiding inside the walls of Old Quebec.
