Lac-Beauport

The Station Touristique Lac-Beauport abounds with activities more interesting than the other. For example, the Érablière du Lac-Beauport is very popular in spring because of its 12,000 maple trees that allow visitors and residents to enjoy maple products year round. Moreover, a museum is also opened to make you discover the history of maple syrup as well as the tools used throughout the centuries to gather and make syrup.

Sports enthusiasts will like the Centre de ski Le Relais and Mont Tourbillon, which both offer vertiginous hills in winter to ski or slide, as well as hiking, mountain biking and snowmobile trails in spring, summer and fall. If you wish to learn how to do freestyle skiing, the Centre national d’entraînement acrobatique Yves-Laroche offers courses and safe equipments to teach you all the techniques. Water basins are even installed to soften your landing.

The Centre d’aventure le Relais, for its part, offers several summer activities, such as treetop challenge courses, climbing towers and a giant tyrolean. The Sentiers du Moulin also give you the chance to do all kinds of sports depending on the season, like mountain biking, camping, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Mont Tourbillon, for its part, offers an 18-hole golf course in the mountain, an outdoor pool, as well as snowmobiling and cross-country skiing trails in winter. After a day full of advanture, go get pampered in Manoir St-Castin at the AquaRadiance, a health centre that offers a full range of therapeutic treatments.
