The urban district of Val-Bélair in Quebec City. The old town has been set up in 1682. Val-Bélair is located between Valcartier and Ancienne-Lorette. There is a bike path «Corridor des Cheminots» which crosses to go either to the Jacques-Cartier or downtown Quebec.
